One of Seth’s proudest projects was the GEA-Ceramic Microfiltration Recirculation Piping Skids—a job that showcased both the technical talent of his team and the power of collaboration. Guided by James Clear’s philosophy in Atomic Habits, Seth believes in making steady progress by striving to be “1% better each day.” For him, a great day on the job means working safely, staying ahead of schedule, delivering quality, and sharing a few laughs along the way.
Outside of work, Seth values time with family, enjoys kayaking, and finds fulfillment in hands-on projects and the outdoors. His path to welding and fabrication is unique—beginning with cabinetry, landscaping, and home construction before discovering his passion for metalwork. That journey, shaped by learning from talented mentors, continues to influence the way he leads today.
