For Lyle, progress matters—and a good day is one where something meaningful gets accomplished.

One project he’s especially proud of was the Horst job in Jersey Shore, completed with no punch list issues—an outcome that reflects his attention to detail and commitment to quality. While his approach is straightforward, it’s grounded in consistency, accountability, and a positive attitude, even when challenges arise.

Outside of work, Lyle’s greatest joy is time spent with his grandchildren. He also enjoys woodworking, camping, and hunting—hands-on activities that mirror the work ethic he brings to the job each day. At his core, Lyle values taking care of his family and showing up reliably for the people who count on him, both at work and at home.
