One of Kevin’s proudest accomplishments is leading his department through the development of multiple large-scale prototypes for SWF’s primary customer—projects that later became highly successful product lines. Known for his mindset of doing more with less, Kevin is constantly thinking about ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality. He defines a good day as one where everyone goes home safe and the work is completed on time, correctly, and in full.
Outside of work, Kevin values time with his wife and son above all else. He enjoys working on cars at home and caring for his koi, interests that reflect his patience and attention to detail. Grounded in the belief that your word matters, Kevin lives by a simple rule: if you’re going to do a favor, do it the whole way.That same integrity and follow-through shape both his leadership and his life.
