Qualifications & Responsibilities: Field Foreman/Supervisor
Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols such as OSHA standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and workforce to ensure project milestones are met.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite work.
Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Ensure proper use of site equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, etc.
Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, safety incidents, and project updates.
Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and resource plans aligned with client requirements.
Applicants must have experience in some of the following trades: stick welding, tig welding, piping, rigging, millwright and industrial duct work installations.
Position requires mechanical abilities and field experience.
Position requires 50% or more out of town travel.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
Applicants must be strong leaders who are self-motivated and have good communication skills.
