RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead EH&S programs for OSHA General Industry and OSHA Construction
- Maintain compliance across multi-state operations, including NJ, NY, and MD.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through regular field and shop presence, coaching leaders and employees on safe behaviors.
- Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and site safety evaluations.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Oversee employee incident response, first aid coordination, injury reporting, and return-to-work processes in partnership with HR.
- Develop and deliver effective safety training for fabrication and construction environments.
- Use data, trends, and leading indicators to reduce injuries and improve safety performance.
- Manage safety documentation and compliance submissions required by customer and third-party platforms, partnering with Business Development as needed.
- Support ISO 9001 compliance as it relates to EH&S, including audits and corrective actions.
- Leverage digital tools and innovative approaches to improve safety outcomes and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of EH&S experience in industrial, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry and Construction standards.
- Experience supporting safety programs across multiple facilities and job sites.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and frontline employees.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in both field and office settings.
PREFERRED
- CSP, ASP, or equivalent professional safety certification.
- Experience working in multi-state regulatory environments.
- Experience with data-driven, technology-enabled, or continuously improving safety programs.
