One of Nate’s proudest achievements? Overseeing the successful completion of a complex, seven-figure project that passed stringent radiographic and ultrasonic weld testing—a true testament to his team’s precision and dedication.

Outside of work, Nate is passionate about being a good role model for his son. You’ll often find him racing dirt bikes in the woods or handling his own mechanical repairs—not because he loves it, but because he’d rather do the work himself than pay someone else.
